What is unique about ‘The Ginger Tots’?

‘The Ginger Tots’ aims to provide a unique variety of products for your child from brands that are eco-friendly, sustainable, socially conscious, fair trade and follow the highest safety and quality standards. How can I place an order?

‘The Ginger Tots’ makes online shopping simple:

  1. Select the product you want to purchase, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button (on the individual product page). An item will then be added to the ‘shopping cart’ icon at the top right hand side of the page.

  2. Once you have added all the products you want to purchase into the shopping cart, click on the ‘shopping cart’ icon on the top right corner, review and click on ‘Checkout’.

  3. On the ‘Checkout’ page, you will fill in your delivery details and click on "Continue to Shipping" button. 

  4. On the Shipping page, review all the details and click on "Continue to Payment" button.

  5. On the payment page, select your method of payment, fill in the necessary details and click on "Complete Order" button.

  6. Enter the necessary details to complete payment.

  7. Once the order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation of your order to the email address and/or phone number provided during checkout.

     

    What is the minimum order value required to place an order?

    ‘The Ginger Tots’ does not require a minimum order amount to place your order.

     

    How do I know my order has been confirmed?

    Once the order has been placed successfully, you will be taken to our ‘Thank You’ page which confirms that your order has gone through successfully. You will then receive a confirmation email from us with your order details. You will also receive a second email once your order has been shipped which will include all the shipping details and a tracking number to track the status of your order.

     

    How do I check the status of my order?

    Once you have received the shipment confirmation email, you can use the provided tracking number to check the whereabouts of your order. Please wait for 24 hours before using this tracking number as online tracking can take up to 24 hours to get updated.

     

    How Do I Redeem My Store Credit/Voucher?

    In order to use your store credit or voucher, simply enter your credit or voucher code into the box called ‘Coupon code’ on the ‘Shopping Cart’ or 'Checkout' page.

     

    How can I order an item that is out of stock?

    ‘The Ginger Tots’ endeavors to make sure that all products are in stock. There may, however, be times when demand exceeds our supply in which case you will be notified when you reach the ‘Checkout’ page. If for some reason your order goes through and we are not able to deliver the product, we will notify you within 24 hours and your payment will be returned to you within 10 days to the same payment method used to pay for the order.

    Should an item be temporarily out of stock, it will display an ‘out of stock’ tag and you can use the ‘Notify Me’ option to be informed via email once the item becomes available.

     

    Do you deliver products outside India?

    We do not ship products outside India as of now but the site is accessible to all and we do take orders from around the world provided the shipping address is in India.

     

    How long will it take to receive my orders?

    ‘The Ginger Tots’ ships your order within 2 - 3 days of your order confirmation.

    For postal codes accepted by most courier services, standard delivery offers an expected timeframe of up-to 14 working days after shipment confirmation depending on the delivery location.

    Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

    Unfortunately, no. Each order requires one address. For orders that need to be sent to different addresses, please treat these as separate orders.

     

    What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

    Please state your mobile number as part of your address so that the carrier can arrange a time of delivery to suit you. You may also provide additional instructions for delivery during checkout to assist with a fast and efficient delivery service. Should there be no additional instructions and you are not available at the time of delivery on all 3 delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

     

    How can I change or cancel my order?

    Should you wish to change or cancel an order, you can send us an email to support@thegingertots.com with the necessary details. Should your order be in the ‘Confirmed’ or ‘Pending’ status, necessary action will be taken, however, if your package has left our premises, we will no longer be able to change or cancel the order.

    How can I change my delivery address?

    In order to change a delivery address, please send an email to support@thegingertots.com as soon as possible stating your new delivery address. Provided that your order is in the ‘Confirmed’ or ‘Pending’ status, we will be able to make the necessary changes. However, if your package has left our premises, we will no longer be able to make this change.
